3. Shockproof and drop-proof protection.
For fragile or precise hardware components (such as mechanical parts, tools, and electronic hardware), we use shock-absorbing materials (such as foam boards, pearl cotton, and bubble wrap) to fill the packaging boxes to ensure that the products will not be damaged due to severe vibration or collision during transportation.
4. Identification and labels.
Attach clear labels and warning tags on the outside of each package, such as “Fragile”, “Handle with care”, “Keep dry”, etc., to remind the transporter to pay attention to handling and ensure the safety of the products.
5. Packaging sealing and reinforcement.
Seal the packaging boxes with high-quality sealing tape to prevent the boxes from cracking or getting damaged during transportation. For heavy or bulk goods, we will also use reinforcing straps, pallets, and other tools to further enhance the stability and load-bearing capacity of the packages.
